As CEO of Blakes Industries, Marques is equipped with 15 plus years of experience in property management for community associations, Residential Properties, Commercial properties, and real estate investors. He has extensive experience in construction project management and has helped many communities with financing solutions. Marquès also has 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Product development and Material sourcing background with an wide array of established relationships with vendors and manufacturers across the nation. Alongside this Partner, Talia Stephen, who brings 10 plus years of Real Estate experience. Talia is also seasoned in the real estate industry, initially as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the State of New York and New Jersey. She also has experience in Residential and Commercial Property Management along with an Operations background, for the rolling out of take-overs and new ground up construction platforms, which includes the implementation of softwares like Yardi, One-site and Buildium, just to name a few. They both believe in building a foundation for success lies in building strong relationships.
